Have you ever Thought This Way?
“I wish I could focus on one thing at a time.”
“It always feels like my brain has a thousand tabs open!”
“If I didn’t have so much pain maybe I could get around to cleaning.”
“Why can’t I just pick up that sock on the ground? It’s been weeks.”
“Why can’t I just start doing the dishes, like everyone else does?”
“Why can’t I just have a conversation without analyzing every gesture, word, facial expression, and interaction?”
“Why do I keep having nightmares? That happened ages ago!”
“I wish there was a test I could take to see if I’m normal.”
“I have no reason to be sad but I feel so depressed.”
“Could therapy help? I don’t want to talk about it though…”
“I wish my family understood that it’s different for me being a first generation American.”
“Why do I keep dating the same type of person who doesn’t value me?”
It’s okay that your brain works differently.

Hi! I’m dr. Kayzim Suárez-reyes.
I have 19 years of experience as a psychologist and 25 in the mental health field. While struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD throughout my adult life, I know a thing or two about the importance of mental health! I understand all too well how these can interfere with daily life. Because of this, I love helping people figure out the cause of their symptoms and how to feel more in control. In my practice, I value empathy, inclusivity, authenticity, acceptance, kindness, humor, and transparency.
I take a concierge approach to therapy, and my clients can always reach me directly. ¡Se habla español!
