Hi, I’m dr. Kayzim Suárez reyes,ADHD-CCSP,ASDCS
As a neurodivergent psychologist with ADHD and over 15 years of experience as a therapist, I intimately understand the challenges and strengths that come with it. Having navigated my own journey with ADHD, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, I've honed a unique, empathetic approach to therapy. My own experiences drive my passion: I'm a relentless detective, eager to uncover the root of symptoms and reframing them to reveal your superpowers. Why?
Because different is powerful in our ever-evolving world.
I wish I had someone to help me through my journey when I was younger, and I have always wanted to be that someone for others.
I took my first college psychology course at age 16, driven by this personal mission.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices, like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
I emphasize resilience, and mindfulness, equipping you with tools to deal with life.
I'm here to listen, understand, and guide. ¡Se habla español!
